General Terms and Conditions of Techwiz LLC

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Techwiz LLC, registered in New Mexico, USA. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Our website and official communication platforms provide detailed descriptions of our products and services. For each deal, a custom digital proposal is created during a sales call with Techwiz LLC. This proposal outlines all project details, costs, timelines, and included services. We encourage customers to review these descriptions before making a purchase, ensuring they are well-informed of the services and deliverables.
4. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property resulting from our services, including websites, designs, software, and other creative outputs, remains the property of the client upon full payment. The client is granted exclusive usage rights following the complete payment of the agreed fees and costs.
5. Execution
Techwiz LLC is committed to fulfilling the service agreements as outlined in the digital proposal. We reserve the right to delegate tasks to third parties, provided that the final responsibility for quality and delivery remains with Techwiz LLC.
6. Duration of the Agreement
The duration of this agreement lasts until the projectās completion or until the contract is terminated by mutual agreement, as defined in Section 12. If any new agreements are made, the existing contract will remain valid until amended.
7. Currency
Transactions are primarily processed in EUR, with USD also accepted. All displayed prices will explicitly state the applicable currency to ensure clarity for international customers.

This obligation remains effective throughout the agreement and after its termination.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with immediate effect under the following conditions:
- The other party fails to comply with one or more provisions of the agreement and does not rectify the breach within 20 days of receiving a written request to do so.
- One party files for bankruptcy or enters into suspension of payment.
- One party transfers its rights or obligations under this agreement without prior consent from the other party.
13. Legal and Export Restrictions
Techwiz LLCās services and products may be subject to legal and export restrictions depending on the customer's location and the product's nature. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations before making a purchase.
14. Privacy Policy
Techwiz LLC complies with privacy laws, including GDPR. We collect, store, and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
15. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions are valid for a minimum of 1 day and will have their maximum durations clearly stated. Participation in promotions is governed by specific terms disclosed at the time of offer.
